Promotion System
The level system raising the excellent man of abilities as the administrator is prepared. And recently the time requirement for promotion is shortened to the organized upbringing policy about the key personnel.
Evaluation System
The evaluation is carried out quarterly 4 times a year. And the evaluation result is reflected in the transfer/arrangement, promotion, reward, education, and etc. The result and reward is fairly distributed through the equitable evaluation.
